Job Description/Essential Job Duties

This highly responsible position involves working with assigned key accounts to develop and maintain professional partnerships in order to generate increased activity and profits. Primary duties include:

• Answer incoming calls and email, key-enter orders, assist customers with questions regarding product, shipping and pricing and advising them of the best products and pricing available.
• Promote, up sell and suggest new product and marketing tools
• Establish strong team-oriented relationship with other Inside and Outside Sales force. 
• Communicate with them regularly to further develop accounts.
• Consult customers on how to build their business through our service, marketing tools and products.
• Anticipate customer's needs and surpass their expectations
• Keep customers updated with the tools and services to help grow their business and make their   job easier.
• Maintain high industry standing through superior customer service
• Offer follow-up by responding efficiently to all requests
• Effectively solve problems and resolve discrepancies finding win-win solutions
